  • When will my order be dispatched?
    We are a small company so please bear in mind that orders will be dispatched from our hub within the UK will be dispatched within 5 working days. Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed in the following business days. Delivery times will depend on the destination country.
  • Do I need to pay customs charges?
    For our customers outside of the UK, you may be subject to customs charges. This is out of our control and will be set by the destination country. It is your responsibility to settle customs charges promptly.
  • How do I return an item?
    Any item bought CANNOT be refunded unless damaged by fault of manufacture. If your items are damaged or faulty you have 7 days to inform us by emailing info@bebetter-clothing.com. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. ​ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • What size should I order?
    The fit of our Tees are: OverSized. The model, Phoebe Hagan wears a size M/L. Weight 140lb Height 5'8 Size Chart (inches): S/M Length: 28 inches, Chest: 22 inches, Sleeve Length: 8 inches M/L Length: 29 inches, Chest: 23 inches, Sleeve Length: 8.30 inches XL Length: 30 inches, Chest: 23 1/2 inches, Sleeve Length: 8.50 inches
  • How do we contact you?
    Send us an email at info@bebetter-clothing.com and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days.
  • How do I track my order?
    When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
