Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are applied per order and the exact shipping amount depends on your delivery address. Shipping rates will be applied at checkout.
Items will be shipped within 5 working days of your order being placed and you will receive a notification once your item has been shipped.
All items will be sent from the UK, and therefore any international orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are not quoted at checkout, as these are entirely out of our control. You as the buyer are responsible for paying these customs charges promptly.
Return & Exchange Policy
Any item bought CANNOT be refunded unless damaged by fault of manufacture. If your items are damaged or faulty you have 7 days to inform us by emailing info@bebetter-clothing.com along with a picture of the fault. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day in which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
