The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order.

Key Commercial Terms
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making the commitment to buy: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process: (iii) by purchasing an item you are agreeing to and approving these T&Cs.
The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The prices listed on this site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Prices and conversion rates may apply across countries. Be Better Clothing reserves the right to change prices at any given time without prior warning or explanation. Orders placed prior to a change in price cannot be amended to the changed price point.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service or product without notice.
Before placing your order, ensure that you have selected the correct item and size and you have provided the correct provide billing, shipping and email address and all other required details accurately. We cannot be held responsible for problems relating to the information you have provided being incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. In the unlikely circumstance, we are unable to fulfill your order, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you placed the order explaining the issue and the proposed plan of action.
Because as we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order. Remember to all the information regarding your order is correct before checking out to ensure your order is correct, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.
We cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to Customs delays, service strikes, pandemics, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack and/or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, the incorrect delivery address being provided.
Our Returns Policy forms a part of these Terms and Conditions. Any item bought CANNOT be refunded unless damaged by fault of manufacture. If your items are damaged or faulty you have 7 days to inform us by emailing info@bebetter-clothing.com. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your Order.
Shipping
Shipping rates are applied per order and the exact shipping amount depend upon your delivery address.
Items will be shipped within 5 working days of your order being placed and you will receive a notification once your item has been shipped. All items will be sent from the UK, and therefore any international orders shipped to outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges. These charges are set by the destination country and are not quoted at checkout as these are entirely out of our control. You as the buyer are responsible for paying these customs promptly. If your order gets returned back to us due to not paying these charges, you the buyer will be required to pay additional delivery fees.
If your order gets returned back to us i.e. unclaimed parcel, parcel not picked up at local depot for example, and you wish to cancel your order. Please be aware that upon cancelling the order we will kindly reserve the right to withhold the postage costs incurred.
We cannot be held responsible for lost order or any issues with international orders relating to customs. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier and/or local customs office for assistance.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
